I just wanted to say thank you for all that you have done for me. After observing you in the gym with your clients last year, I was intrigued. When I first approached you last October I was not sure how it would play out, but I had a feeling that you would be the right trainer for me. I quickly became a believer in your methods and your “Total Failure” techniques. After our first 4 months together you encouraged me to start back on my own in the gym, while continuing on the meal plan that you laid out for me in the beginning. You never tried to convince me that it would be better to keep paying you, and you were always ONLY concerned with my success and in reaching my goals that we had discussed in the beginning. We surpassed all of my expectations by losing more than 20 lbs, and 7% body fat.
I am very happy to say that you exceeded all of my expectations as a trainer and a mentor. I truly believe that I could not have succeeded without you and I am grateful to you for keeping me on track.
