I began working out with Dave in August of 2007 at that time I was 280 pounds with high blood pressure. In little over 5 months I have lost over 40 lbs and put on 10 lbs of lean muscle with no signs of high blood pressure.
The first time I worked out with Dave it was like we’ve been friends for years. Dave is passionate about the Total Failure concept. His knowledge about fitness and weight training is first rate. Dave is awesome he is not just my trainer but a great friend as well. I needed somebody like Dave to slap me in the back of the head to get me off my butt to get fit and in shape.
The Total Failure concept is for real and it works. Dave has created a personalized meal plan that fits my needs and works for me. I’m full all day and I actually have to make myself eat.
