Liquid Amino Acids- Amino Acids are
the building blocks of protein. Twenty amino acids are
needed to build the various protein used in the growth,
repair, and maintenance of body tissue. Amount to take-3
tablespoons/ 3 times a day on an empty stomach.
BCAA- Branch chain amino
acids are the three essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine,
and valine. These are the three amino acids resposinsable
for protein synthesis. Amount to take-3 capsules/ 3
times a day on an empty.
Glutamine- is the most
abundant amino acid in the body and is involved and

amino acid. It is used pre and post workout to in aid

Whey Protein- is a mixture
of some of the proteins naturally found in milk. It
is the most rapidly digest protein available. Amount
to take-20 grams can be taken 45min-1hour prior to training
and 20-40 grams immediately after training.
Fish oil- is an essential
fatty acid that has been shown to benefit most of the
major diseases we face such as: arthritis, diabetes,
and heart disease. Fish oil is also a natural anti-inflamatory
that can help in recovery. Amount to take- 2-4 grams
