The Biography

I’m Ryan McAllister, an experienced personal trainer with a passion for what I do. I’ve been involved in fitness almost all my life, my stepfather is a tennis pro, so I was always hanging around country clubs and different health clubs. I only had two options, sit around, or be active and take advantage of what I had access to. I have always been intrigued by the fitness industry. There is so much to learn and it is always evolving, so there is always something new to learn. I started training my friends before I was certified. Knowing that they had the confidence in me to ask me questions and let me train them gave me the confidence to get certified and train others. When people ask me why I enjoy being a trainer, it’s an easy answer for me. I have a job where I am my own boss, I never have to wear a tie to work, I look forward to going to work every day and I meet new and amazing people and help them lead a healthy lifestyle. For me there is nothing better than seeing the look on a client’s face when they have reached a goal they thought was impossible.
